Management Team

Kevin MacArthur CEO (Owner) – Has over 10 years of corporate level IT experience and knowledge. He formed Secure Networks with the goal of bringing these experiences to small and medium sized businesses who cannot afford a full time IT professional on staff. The Secure Networks’ business model is designed around helping his clients get the most out of their IT dollar. Businesses throughout the world are now outsourcing their IT needs. Secure Networks is able to offer the same full time support and services as a full time employee at a fraction of the cost.

Zeb Barker CTO– Joined Secure Networks April 2006 as a network specialist. During Zeb’s career at Secure Networks, he has advanced to become the company’s Chief Technology Officer (CTO). He is certified in Network Administration and PC repair. Zeb has also worked toward multiple industries standard certifications and has been working in the Information Technology field for 10+ years. He has experience in Microsoft Small Business Server 2003, Exchange 2003 and Exchange 2007 as well as Windows Server and Active directory infrastructure.

Erin Watson Office Manager/ Operations – Started with Secure Networks in November 2008 as the Office Manager. Erin’s responsibilities and duties include: Managing the Help Desk, Scheduling the Technicians, Keeping Clients Records Current, Accounts Receivable, Account Payable, Marketing, Website Maintenance, and adding new ideas to our ever growing company, so we can serve the customer better.

Dana Wong- Service Manager- Joined the team back in 2008 and knows all the intricate details of our large client base. As our company has grown and we continue to add talent- we noticed that Dana naturally took a lead role in mentoring the newer techs. It soon became clear that he would be an obvious fit for our Service Manager position- if he was up to the challenge- and that he was! So if you are a new client, you will be working closely with Dana during your onboarding process.

Help Desk/ Tech Staff

When you Secure Networks, you will get a staff member who answers, NOT a machine or an answering service. Our large group of technicians are very diversified and include professional Certifications such as: Cisco Certified Network Administrator, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, and Microsoft Certified Professional (CCNA, MCSE, MCP, A+). They are excellent with our client base and have in depth knowledge of every account and their history. They quickly navigate your issue either when you are on the phone with them, or if you prefer they will notify you when it has been resolved. We have an excellent retention rate, and are constantly growing, if you know of someone that is talented in IT Support and wants to work on Cape Cod, we could be the company for them.

We appreciate the communities we do business in and realize giving back is a large part of our success, so many of our staff volunteer their time on various committees and boards within our service area.
